Released in laminated gatefold sleeve with integrated booklet containing Japanese liner notes and lyrics in English. Also included a huge color poster, as stated on the obi blurb (the small Japanese letters under the word STEREO near the top of the obi.) Red, white and blue obi.

The cover and obi list the manufacturer as Victor Musical Industries while the record labels list it as Victor Company of Japan.

The Japanese title of the album is "Elvis In New York". It was soon re-issued with the Japanese title Elvis On Tour, following the release of the documentary of the same name. See [r2779835
